Delaware Heating & Air Conditioning Service, Inc. is seeking a self-starting Service Technician to deliver superior customer service while performing field service tasks for on-site installations, maintenance and repairs.

You will diagnose issues, perform testing, document results, and ensure safe vehicle operation. The role includes an on-call weekend schedule and requires a High School Diploma, 6 months’ experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service HVAC equipment.
• English literacy.
• Minimum of 6 months experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with the team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Keep proper stock and inventory of parts.
