Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• On call required; some nights and weekends.
• EPA universal refrigerant licensure, Type II.
• HVAC Certification or diploma from trade school or equivalent.
• Be able to work with an iPad and phone for job finalizations.
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in the necessary tools that the job requires.
• Be capable of understanding client needs and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC service work and ensure top customer experience.
• Train and assist other technicians during repairs and maintenance.
• Complete quality repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain neat, organized, and stocked truck.
