Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to lead and supervise an HVAC crew. This opportunity can be from our Celina or Piqua location. The ideal candidate will oversee and perform installation, electrical and mechanical inspection, start-up, and maintenance on HVAC systems. Ductwork installation experience is essential. Must be customer-oriented and work well with others. We want a leader who is ready to take the next step in their HVAC career.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee crew of HVAC Techs and HVAC Apprentices on the job site.
2. Manage, mentor, and train other associates.
3. Install new HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects.
4. Perform electrical and mechanical inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure peak performance.
5. Represent the company positively to other trades, contractors, and owners.
6. Work in a team environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Submit required paperwork to management promptly.
8. Work safely and ensure all safety measures are followed daily.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current HVAC certification.
• Desire and accountability to assume a Lead / Supervisor role.
• At least 1 year of experience with ductwork installation.
• Valid Driver's License.
