6 & Fix is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to head residential and commercial system replacements and new installs across the Triangle area.

You will lead crews, review blueprints, coordinate with homeowners and project managers, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality results with year‑round work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential/commercial).
• Availability Monday–Friday starting at 7:30 AM.
• Proven ability to lead crews and maintain quality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Installation Leadership: primary crew leader for replacements, changeouts, and new installations.
• Crew Supervision: mentor and supervise installation assistants on job sites.
• Technical Execution: read blueprints/schematics to install ductwork, equipment, refrigerant lines, and wiring.
• Customer & Site Interaction: communicate with homeowners, general contractors, and project managers.
• Quality Assurance: perform final quality inspections and start-ups.
