Job summary

6 & Fix is seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to guide residential and commercial replacements and new installations in the Triangle area. You will lead a crew, ensure craftsmanship, and coordinate with homeowners and project managers on details and expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential and commercial).
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installation leadership for residential and commercial replacements and new installs.
• Direct, mentor and supervise installation staff on job sites.
• Read blueprints and schematics to install ductwork and wiring accurately.
• Communicate with homeowners, general contractors and project managers.
• Perform final quality inspections and system startups.
