6 & Fix, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to lead residential and commercial HVAC replacement and new system installations across the Triangle area.

You will supervise crews, read blueprints, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with homeowners and project managers to review job details and answer questions. EPA Universal Certification is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential and commercial)
• Ability to lead crews and projects from replacement to new installations
• Strong understanding of ductwork, electrical, and refrigerant lines
• Comfort reading blueprints and schematics and interpreting job specs

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to lead replacement and new system installation projects across both residential and commercial properties in the Triangle area. Key Responsibilities

Installation Leadership: Serve as the primary crew leader for residential and commercial HVAC system replacements, changeouts, and new system installations.

Crew Supervision: Direct, mentor, and work alongside installation assistants on job sites to ensure high-quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety compliance.

Technical Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs to install ductwork, equipment, refrigerant lines, and control wiring accurately.

Customer & Site Interaction: Communicate professionally with homeowners, general contractors, and project managers to review job details and answer questions.

Quality Assurance: Perform final quality inspections, system start-ups, and operational testing to ensure complete client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential and commercial experience required).

Schedule: Ability to work Monday – Friday starting at 7:30 AM.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage job sites, lead installers, and maintain high standards of quality.

Certifications: Universal EPA Certification required.

Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical aptitude, ductwork expertise, and comfort reading blueprints/schematics.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Competitive Hourly Pay ($32.00 – $40.00/hr based on experience)
