Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician in the Naples area to install residential HVAC equipment and accessories, oversee Installation Apprentices, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role involves designing and installing ducts, performing system start-ups, conducting walkthroughs, and communicating job scope to customers. We offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package with growth opportunities within Authority Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.
• Perform limited diagnostics.
• Accurately complete installation forms.
• Perform before and after walkthroughs of the entire home with customers.
• Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address their questions and concerns.
• Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.
