A leading HVAC service provider in Naples, Florida, is seeking experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technicians responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment and overseeing apprentices. Qualifications

• Two years of residential installation experience required.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Design and fabricate ducts and fittings.
• Perform limited diagnostics and maintain clean work area.
• Train apprentices on HVAC installation tasks.
