Job summary

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join our Port St. Lucie and Pompano Beach teams. You will educate customers on options, install and replace HVAC equipment, and mentor apprentices and entry-level technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with refrigeration function and HVAC components such as air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces and ductwork.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
• Basic hand tools and testing equipment knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Install/replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and rooftop units.
• Maintain vehicle, stock, tools, and safety equipment.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch on schedule.
