Job summary

C.M. Mose & Son, part of Southern Home Services, seeks an HVAC Lead Install Technician to oversee residential HVAC installations, upgrades, and replacements. You will lead a team of technicians, handle complex installs, and ensure safety and quality for homeowners.

You will mentor Install Helpers, manage tools and inventory, and uphold high customer service standards. The role demands physical work, reliability, and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HVAC experience, ideally residential
• 1-2 years of lead install experience
• EPA certification for environmental compliance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Demonstrates proactive approach and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate with homeowners
• Interacts professionally with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, or replace residential HVAC systems.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on job sites and in shop.
• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality work.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with homeowners.
• Maintain organized tools, parts, and vehicle.
• Follow safety standards and appliance regulations.
