Job summary

ALLRED is seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead residential installation projects in Auburn, WA and nearby communities. You will oversee installation of heating and cooling systems, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and system testing.

You will guide team members, ensure safety and quality, and verify EPA compliance while communicating professionally with homeowners and documenting work in ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• At least 1 year of leading HVAC installation projects or crews.
• EPA Certification is required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects in Auburn, WA and surrounding areas.
• Install heating and cooling systems, including ductwork and testing.
• Guide installation team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Verify installations meet EPA regulations and company standards.

Your New Role

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects throughout Auburn, WA and surrounding communities within a 30 to 40-mile service area


• Install heating and air conditioning systems, including equipment setup, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and system testing


• Guide and support installation team members to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards


• Verify installations meet EPA regulations and company quality expectations


• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process


• Complete job documentation using ServiceTitan

Hiring Expectations

• 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience


• At least 1 year of experience leading HVAC installation projects or crews


• EPA Certification required


• NATE Certification preferred


• Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred


• Valid driver's license


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Authorized to work in the United States
