Job summary

ALLRED Heating Cooling Electric LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service and repair residential heating and cooling systems in Auburn, WA. You will diagnose issues, follow wiring diagrams, and deliver reliable, professional service to homeowners.

We require ≥4 years of field experience, valid WA license and EPA certification. A Seattle refrigeration license is a plus; we offer a 4-day work week, company vehicle, uniforms, health benefits, and ongoing training.

• Active Washington 068 license and EPA certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Your New Role

Based in Auburn, WA, you will:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment accurately using wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools
• Deliver reliable and professional residential HVAC service to homeowners
• Help support and mentor less experienced HVAC technicians when needed
• Follow established safety standards and company procedures on every service call

Hiring Expectations

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience
• Active Washington 068 license
• EPA certification
• Seattle refrigeration license preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics and electrical systems
• Effective customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for field service work
• Dependable, professional, and willing to continue learning
• Must be able to meet company hiring requirements, consistent with applicable laws
