Job summary

Comfort Solutions / Intermountain Home Services in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. You will lead installation activities, supervise apprentices, and ensure on-time completion with high quality.

You will coordinate logistics, communicate with customers, and maintain safe, organized job sites while meeting all code and company standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.

This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Requirements
