Total Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually, including base pay (hourly) and commission, depending on experience and performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team to remove and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions and explaining system functions.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Document work completed and report any issues to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned by the needs of the Company.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC installer or experience with HVAC.
• EPA Universal Certified.
• Knowledge of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
