Responsibilities:

1. Communicate all relevant information to the office promptly.
2. Provide heating and cooling services, including installation, repairs, and maintenance.
3. Take responsibility for company trucks, diagnostic tools, and uniforms.
4. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC installations, including mini splits and ductless units.
• Possess residential and commercial HVAC experience.
• Assist all team members with their tasks as needed.
• Support warehouse operations, including loading trucks.
• Assist with the removal of oil tanks.
