Qualifications

• EPA universal certification required.
• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to serve the Pittsboro and Brownsburg areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installations, guiding the team to install and test equipment.
• Speak with customers about the project and address questions or concerns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The HVAC Lead Installer works Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime.

You'll set the tone for successful and efficient installations, expertly guiding your team in accurately installing and testing various heating and air conditioning equipment. With a polite and professional attitude, you'll speak with customers about the project, answer any questions, and resolve any concerns. Then you'll lead your team in installing the new system, performing hands‑on work yourself to get the job done correctly and within a reasonable timeframe. Every day will bring something different, but your commitment to doing an incredible job will stay the same!

It's not required, but we'd prefer that our HVAC Lead Installer is NATE-certified and has at least one year of experience as a lead installer. Experience in a management position or installing geothermal/mini-split systems would be a bonus!

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
