Clark's Heating & Air is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential installation projects and deliver outstanding workmanship. What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC system change-outs and new installations.
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products.
• Read installation layouts and ensure systems are installed to manufacturer specifications and local code.
• Fabricate and install ductwork as needed.
• Perform refrigerant piping, brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging, and system startup.
• Wire high- and low-voltage components.
• Complete final quality inspections and verify system performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Train and mentor apprentice installers.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer installation-related questions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Previous experience as a lead installer preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, split systems, and package units.
• Ability to read blueprints and installation specifications.
• Experience with duct fabrication and airflow balancing preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic.
