Qualifications

• EPA universal certification required.
• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work some overtime if needed.
• Ability to serve the Pittsboro and Brownsburg areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installations, guiding the team to install and test equipment.
• Speak with customers about the project and address questions or concerns.
• Perform hands-on installation work and ensure quality and timeliness.
