Job summary

Comfort Solutions / Intermountain Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Lead in Utah to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This leadership role requires a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

You will lead installation of all HVAC systems, supervise apprentices, coordinate jobsite logistics, communicate with customers, maintain safe sites, and ensure work meets

• 3–5 years HVAC installation experience.
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Requirements
