Job Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC system change-outs and add-ons (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits)
Remove old units and install new systems according to the manufacturer’s specifications
Modify or replace ductwork as needed for system fit and performance
Ensure all installations meet local code and company quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside customers’ homes
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members

What We’re Looking For

Prior HVAC installation experience preferred, especially with residential replacements
Strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attic or crawlspace environments
