Ponds Utah is seeking an HVAC Retrofit Apprentice Installer in North Salt Lake, UT. This full-time position offers a chance to learn essential HVAC skills while getting competitive wages and a $1,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• HVAC Retrofit Apprentice Installer eager to learn from their lead and hungry to learn more.
• Must be able to work safely and lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Own the majority of your own personal HVAC tools, reliable, driven to learn, hardworking, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Installation of high‑end equipment such as mini‑splits, furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, humidifiers, and air handlers.
• Training.
• Ductwork.
• Flue piping.
• Line sets.
• Controls.
