Texas HVAC Experts is expanding its team and seeks a Lead HVAC Installer. You will own the installation from start to finish, coordinating with homeowners and project managers to ensure top-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a lead installer, proficiency with furnaces, air handlers, and smart thermostats, and a commitment to workmanship. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as lead HVAC installer (verified).
• Proven ability to lead installation from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, professional, collaborative team player.

Texas HVAC Experts is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes exceptional pride in their work, understands proper installation practices and who can lead an installation from start to finish with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential/light commercial HVAC change-outs and new system installations

What we are looking for

We aren't looking for someone who simply knows how to set equipment (box changers). We want a craftsman who takes ownership of the entire installation and understands that the quality of the install determines the performance and life of the system
