Texas HVAC Experts is expanding its team and seeks a Lead HVAC Installer. You will own the installation from start to finish, coordinating with homeowners and project managers to ensure top-quality results.

Qualifications
- 3+ years as lead HVAC installer (verified).
- Proven ability to lead installation from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, professional, collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential/light commercial HVAC change-outs and new system installations.
- Install furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, duct work and smart thermostats.
- Recognize performance issues while working/replacement of system
- Perform brazing, vacuum and charge system to manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers and other teammates
- Minimum 3+ years as lead installer (verified)
- Dependable, professional and able to work well with others
