Qualifications

• HVAC experience in residential installations and service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, upgrade, and replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor installation technicians on job sites and in shop.
• Ensure high-quality work and compliance with safety regulations.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain organized tools, inventory, and vehicle; train team members.
• Handle work safely at heights and in tight spaces, in various weather.
• Ensure adherence to appliance standards and company service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
