Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Supervise and support installation crews in the field.

• Read blueprints, layouts, and installation specifications.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve challenges in the field.
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, professional job site.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and quality workmanship.
