Job summary

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services is seeking a Lead Generator in the Laurel, MD area. You will engage retail customers, identify HVAC needs, promote services, and schedule appointments for replacements, upgrades, or consultations. This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions and a proactive sales approach in a retail setting.

Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour with a $50 commission per booked appointment. Full-Time and Part-Time shifts available, with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage retail customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Initiate conversations to identify heating and cooling needs and interest in HVAC services.
• Promote McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services and educate customers on offerings.
• Identify qualified sales opportunities and schedule HVAC consultations or upgrades.
• Work with store personnel to maximize lead-generation opportunities.
• Accurately record customer information, leads, and appointments in company systems.
• Meet lead-generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Assist with setup, maintenance, and breakdown of promotional displays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
