Job summary

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services of MD, LLC. is seeking a Lead Generator to engage retail customers, identify HVAC needs, and promote services while scheduling appointments for replacements or consultations.

The role is based in Lanham, MD, with primary work at Lanham location though Temple Hills/LA area involvement may occur. Shifts include evenings and weekends; PAY is $18-$20 per hour plus $50 per booked appointment, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail lead-generation experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage retail customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify heating and cooling needs and interest in HVAC services.
• Promote McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services and educate customers on available services.
• Identify qualified opportunities and schedule HVAC consultations or upgrades.
• Record leads and appointments accurately and meet targets.
• Collaborate with store staff to maximize lead-generation opportunities.
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.
