Qualifications

• Associate degree plus one year of related work experience; or two years of related work experience in lieu of degree.
• Official transcripts required.
• Some positions may require state licenses/certifications depending on discipline.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC lab equipment, tools, and supplies for instruction.
• Provide technical support to faculty and students during labs.
• Promote safety and ensure lab procedures compliance.
• Maintain MSDS/SDS data and safety records.
• Track inventory and issue tools and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes and purchases.
• Support classroom technology and lab software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Supervise lab assistants and student workers as assigned.
