Johnson Controls Federal Systems (JCFS) is seeking an HVAC Journeyman Mechanic to support Fort Devens, MA. You will maintain and service HVAC mechanical and related control systems across multiple buildings on site.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC troubleshooting/maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain government clearance. Union benefits and a 4th-rate structure apply, with a standard day shift, Monday–Friday.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting and service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain government clearance including DoD background check.

Mansioni

• Complete maintenance and service duties: inspect, diagnose, service, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves HVAC mechanical problems.
• Responds to service and warranty calls.
• Inspect, diagnose, service and repair mechanical systems with tools and instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing and cleaning.
• Perform non-destructive tests and deliver samples for analysis.
