A-1 United Heating and Air Conditioning in Omaha is seeking a skilled HVAC Journeyman Lead Installer to join our employee-owned team. You will lead residential and commercial installations, uphold high workmanship standards, and help sustain a supportive, family-like work environment.

You’ll coordinate with managers and crews, keep the truck organized, handle paperwork efficiently, and pursue ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Journeyman Lead Installer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with managers, parts, and installation teams to coordinate project needs and timelines.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out, and ensure truck inventory is accurate and up to date.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry best practices.
