HVAC Service Installer (Charlotte)

Landmark Services Group, Inc. (LSGI) has an immediate opening for a HVAC Service Installer in Charlotte. We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in the installation of HVAC equipment and ductwork.
2. Ability to self-manage jobs, proficient with paperwork, and strong time management skills.
3. Understanding of HVAC systems and duct layout.
4. Knowledge of mechanical codes and manufacturer installation standards.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Self-discipline to maintain high standards and enforce them when performing tasks and supervising others.
7. Experience with dispatch software is important.
8. Service experience including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting is a plus.
9. Background in commercial handyman work, maintenance services, plumbing repair, or general maintenance is a plus.
