Job summary

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services of MD, LLC. is seeking an Installer Helper to join a two-person installation team to support the Lead Replacement Installer in installing and replacing residential HVAC equipment and related systems.

You will gain hands-on experience with a range of equipment and learn installation best practices. Responsibilities include assisting with furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and safety procedures while delivering quality workmanship and customer service on

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and work effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and replacement of residential HVAC equipment.
• Support ductless mini-split installations and related components.
• Assist with modifying, fabricating, and adjusting ductwork.
• Help with handling refrigerants, natural gas, and propane safely.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Learn residential HVAC installation practices.
