Job summary

McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning Services of MD, LLC. is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee the safe, efficient installation and replacement of residential HVAC equipment within a two-person team. You will ensure proper workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction on each job.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, ductwork modification, and adherence to codes, manufacturer specs, and company procedures.

Qualifications

Knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices and safety procedures.
Ability to read and follow manufacturer specifications and codes.
Experience with ductwork modification and system testing.

Responsibilities

Lead installation and replacement of residential HVAC equipment as part of a two-person team.
Install ductless systems, service dehumidification/humidification, and related components.
Modify ductwork to fit job requirements and ensure safety and quality workmanship.
Safely handle refrigerants, gas, propane, and electrical systems up to 480V 3-phase.
