Service Experts is seeking a helper to assist Installers in installing residential HVAC systems and accessories in customers' homes. The role operates under direct supervision and focuses on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with ductwork, equipment delivery, and paperwork while maintaining a professional image and attending to on-call shifts as needed. The position offers growth opportunities within a nationwide company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and operate hand tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installer/Lead Installer in installing HVAC equipment in customers' homes.
• Help install HVAC components, ducts, and accessories per specs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction.
• Assist with delivery/removal of equipment and paperwork accuracy.
• Maintain clean, professional vehicle and tools; represent the company ethically.
• Attend to on-call shifts as required; ensure regular attendance.
