Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a HVAC Install Helper to support installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in customers' homes. You will assist in duct work and equipment installation under supervision, ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours and on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC fundamentals and equipment knowledge.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good time-management and organization skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories under supervision in customers' homes.
• Assist with installation of heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment and ducts.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are properly used and maintained.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely; represent the company professionally.
• Maintain clean and professional installation vehicle interior and exterior.
• Attend to assigned duties including regular attendance.
