Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an Installer/Lead Installer helper to assist in residential and light commercial HVAC installations. You will work under direct supervision with the Installer or Lead Installer to install equipment, ducts, and accessories according to specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, some HVAC experience, and necessary EPA/safety certifications. You may be on-site, with physical requirements and driving responsibilities for

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with additional training and 0 to 2 years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification preferred.
EPA and safety certifications required
Basic knowledge of HVAC operation and related accessories
Ability to read wiring diagrams and operate standard installation tools

Responsibilities

Assist Installer or Lead Installer in installing HVAC equipment and accessories in homes or small commercial spaces.
Assist with duct installation and fittings.
Ensure tools and company property are maintained and accounted for.
Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
Represent the company professionally and maintain a clean work area.
