Job summary
Service Experts is seeking an Installer Helper to assist the Installer or Lead Installer in installing HVAC equipment in customers' homes. You will work under direct supervision and help with heating, cooling, ventilation and related accessories, following manufacturer specs and company requirements.
The role emphasizes customer service, accurate paperwork, and safe operation of tools and vehicles. A high school diploma or GED and EPA/safety certifications are required, with 0–2 years HVAC
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with additional training and 0 to 2 years’ HVAC experience preferred.
- Must have valid licensing or certification as required by local laws for the work area.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Installer or Lead Installer in installing HVAC equipment and accessories in the customer’s home.
- Assist with installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigerations equipment per specs.
- Assist in duct installation and ensuring proper tools, vehicle and equipment use and maintenance.
- Complete paperwork neatly and on time and represent the company professionally.
- Maintain a clean installation vehicle and participate in on-call shifts as needed.
