Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Valid licensing or certifications as required by local laws (EPA and safety).
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to company procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC equipment and accessories under supervision.
• Help install ducts, fittings and related components per manufacturer specs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in handling equipment delivery/removal and keep tools and vehicles organized.
