Job summary

Service Experts in Clearwater, FL is hiring an HVAC Install Helper I to assist in installing residential HVAC equipment and accessories under supervision. You will help install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related components, following manufacturer specs and company requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training, 0–2 years of experience, and EPA/safety certifications. A valid driver’s license is needed, and on-call hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training.
• 0–2 years’ HVAC experience; technical training certification preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing HVAC equipment and accessories per company specs.
• Work under direct supervision of Installer or Lead Installer.
• Assist in installing ducts and related components in customer homes.
• Maintain neat, accurate, and timely paperwork.
• Represent the company professionally and provide good customer service.
• Ensure tools and vehicles are maintained and accounted for.
