You will manage on-site operations, coach junior techs, document progress in ServiceTitan, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. The role requires EPA Universal Certification, 4+ years of installation experience, and a strong understanding of ductwork, insulation, and sealing.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• 4+ years supervising/install crews.
• Solid knowledge of ductwork sizing, insulation and sealing.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial installs on site.
• Direct the crew and train helpers on job.
• Document daily in ServiceTitan.
• Install HVAC systems on new construction projects.
• Startups and diagnose issues on the spot.
• Run and test gas lines and pressure-test line sets.
• Brazing joints and testing line sets.
• Run sheet metal and flex ductwork.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Job description

Pay:

$25.00-$30.00 per hour + spiffs and bonuses - most installers in this role earn $70,000-$100,000 annually

Schedule:

7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer ready to step into a leadership role on our installation crews. You'll run point on residential and light commercial installs, keep jobs moving efficiently, and coach less experienced techs along the way - all while making sure every customer walks away satisfied.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling retrofit and changeout installs for residential homes and light commercial buildings
• Directing the crew on-site and training up installation helpers

What We're Looking For

• Current EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and a clean-enough record to be insurable
• Experience supervising or leading an install crew
• At least 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Solid working knowledge of ductwork sizing, insulation, and sealing
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
