Job summary

You will manage on-site operations, coach junior techs, document progress in ServiceTitan, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. The role requires EPA Universal Certification, 4+ years of installation experience, and a strong understanding of ductwork, insulation, and sealing.
Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with insurable record.
- 4+ years supervising/install crews.
- Solid knowledge of ductwork sizing, insulation and sealing.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial installs on site.
- Direct the crew and train helpers on job.
- Document daily in ServiceTitan.
- Install HVAC systems on new construction projects.
- Startups and diagnose issues on the spot.
- Run and test gas lines and pressure-test line sets.
- Brazing joints and testing line sets.
- Run sheet metal and flex ductwork.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
