HVAC Installers and Service Technicians

We are offering career opportunities for HVAC Service Technicians and Installers as we continue to grow. We are seeking experienced, reliable, and professional Installers and Service Technicians for long-term, full-time employment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clean background check and drug test
• EPA Certification
• Obtain and maintain current NATE Certifications related to installation
• Well-groomed with a neat appearance
• Ability to safely and proficiently use all trade tools
• Proficient in installing gas and refrigeration piping
• Skilled in HVAC system design and ductwork installation
• Knowledge of refrigerants, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of residential and light commercial systems
• General understanding of low voltage HVAC systems
• Willingness to enroll in advanced HVAC training classes
• Ability to test and balance HVAC systems
• Understanding and application of relevant codes
• Strong work ethic, flexibility to work overtime, and availability for emergency on-call duties
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Friendly, personable, and capable of effective customer communication
• Energetic and well-organized, able to work independently
