Job summary

Mitchell Heating and Cooling in Mount Pleasant, SC is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain residential HVAC systems and provide expert customer care. This role offers a generous $8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and a pay rate of $31.00–$40.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification and knowledge of superheat/subcooling.
• Ability to diagnose and make repair decisions.
• Willing to obtain a mechanical license within 2 years.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Strong customer service and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

HVAC Service Technician: Residential service and maintenance

$8,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Pay: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour - depending on experience + Spiffs

Hours: Monday through Friday with available overtime

What You'll Be Doing:
