Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential/light commercial).
• Knowledge of ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and start up complete systems.
• Familiar with low voltage wiring, system testing, and balancing.
• Understanding of applicable codes and safety practices.
• Ability to train/mentor junior installers and take ownership of jobs.
• Professional communication with customers and ability to offer practical solutions.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record; willingness to obtain NATE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install and modify ductwork, vents, and system components.
• Set and connect equipment, including refrigerant lines and electrical wiring.
• Perform system startup, testing, and basic balancing.
• Follow blueprints, specs, and local codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and communicate with customers professionally.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving install issues.
• Train/assist junior installers as needed.
