DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Pennsylvania is seeking a Full-time Field Installation Supervisor who can lead install teams, ensure quality standards, and assist the Apprenticeship Program and Operations Manager with career development.

The role supervises installations, trains teams, visits jobsites, coordinates apprenticeship growth, and helps maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction while upholding safety and company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years working in the field.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
• EPA Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and ensure processes and procedures are being communicated and followed by installation technicians at all times.
• Visit jobsites to ensure jobs are being run smoothly and are being installed in accordance with proposal details.
• Lead installations when needed to help jobs get completed on time and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work with the Install Supervisor with managing the apprenticeship growth program for the installation department.
