Job summary

Sandbox+ is looking for an HVAC Install Manager to lead the next phase of our HVAC operation. This field leadership role adds structure, accountability, and quality to residential installs while tightening the link between Preconstruction planning and field execution.

The right candidate will own install execution from handoff through completion, identify issues before they hit the field, coordinate crews and materials, reinforce quality standards, and mentor technicians to ensure work is done

Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Strong understanding of heat pumps, furnaces, ducted and ductless systems.
Experience leading crews and coordinating field operations.
Knowledge of commissioning readiness, rebate requirements, and install quality standards.
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC install execution with consistency, accountability, and strong field leadership.
Build strong alignment between HVAC, Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction.
Reinforce workmanship, quality, safety, and professionalism across install crews.
Reduce rework, delays, material waste, and avoidable install issues.
Mentor and develop install technicians while helping build stronger install standards.
Protect customer experience and company reputation in the field on every project.
