Job summary

Jobot is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to join a growing team installing Residential and Light Commercial HVAC systems throughout the Northern Virginia/DMV region. A take-home company vehicle is provided and technicians are dispatched from home, working on Split Systems, RTUs, sheet metal, and VRV/VRF systems.

This role offers strong compensation, OT eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC field installation experience.
• Experience installing residential split systems.
• Experience installing light commercial rooftop units (RTUs).
• Strong sheet metal installation experience.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and equipment documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No DUI/DWI history.

Responsibilities

• Install Residential and light Commercial HVAC systems.
• Work on Split Systems, RTUs, ductwork, and VRV/VRF systems.
• Operate from home with a take-home company vehicle.
• Read plans, specifications and equipment documentation.

Job Details

We are seeking experienced HVAC Installation Technicians to join a growing team installing Residential and Light Commercial HVAC systems throughout the Northern Virginia/DMV region. This position offers a take-home company vehicle, and Technicians are generally dispatched directly from home. You’ll work on a variety of equipment, including Split Systems, Rooftop Units (RTUs), Sheet Metal/Ductwork, and VRV/VRF Systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Installer looking for steady work, strong compensation, and greater independence in the field.

MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of HVAC Field installation experience
• Experience installing Residential Split Systems
• Experience installing light Commercial Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Strong Sheet Metal installation experience
• Ability to read Plans, Specifications, and Equipment Documentation
• Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
• No DUI/DWI history

NICE TO HAVE

• VRV/VRF installation experience
• Experience with Daikin, Mitsubishi, or LG systems
• VA, DC, or MD Journeyman License
• Experience working across both Residential and Light Commercial projects
• EPA 608 Certification
