Job Details

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems. This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of heating and cooling equipment in commercial buildings. Responsibilities

• Start-up, diagnose, and repair HVAC commercial systems while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested by customers.
• Coordinate on-site work activities to prepare for installations and repairs, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Document work by completing job paperwork and maintaining files using company software on a tablet.
• Stay current with manufacturers' products regarding installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot HVAC issues, identifying effective solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an HVAC Mechanic or in a similar role, with expertise in HVAC equipment, machines, wiring, and specifications.
• Current valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations quickly and accurately.

• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Experience operating HVAC equipment and tools, with the ability to provide and use basic hand tools as required for tasks.

Preferred candidates will:

• Hold certification in sheet metal fabrication or a related field.
• Have experience with HVAC systems installation in a commercial or industrial environment.
