Job Description

HVAC Installation Technician

The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

1. Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company standards/requirements and manufacturer specifications.
2. Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
3. Perform diagnostics as necessary.
4. Maintain a clean work area and safeguard client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
5. Conduct before and after walk-throughs of the entire home, identify damages, and discuss with the customer.
6. Complete installation forms reflecting tasks performed for accurate reporting and future reference.
7. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the scope of work, answer questions, address concerns, and resolve issues.
8. Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems and other components.
9. Maintain safe working conditions for the installation crew.
10. Adhere to all One Hour standards of performance and the company's code of ethics.

Qualifications:

• Experience with solid references.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
