Job description

The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities:

1. Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, following company standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and fittings as necessary.
3. Perform limited diagnostics as needed.
4. Maintain a clean work area and protect client floors by laying drop cloths during installations.
5. Conduct walkthroughs before and after installation to identify damages and discuss with the customer.
6. Complete installation forms accurately to reflect tasks performed for reporting and future reference.
7. Communicate effectively with customers about the scope of work, answer questions, and address concerns.
8. Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems and other components.
9. Maintain safe working conditions within the installation crew.
10. Adhere to all One Hour standards of performance and the company's code of ethics.

Qualifications:

• Experience with solid references is preferred.
• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
